Roth Audio expands its competitively-priced OLi speaker range, adding the OLi C2 centre channel speaker and OLi KH2 subwoofer
The arrival of the OLi C2 centre channel and OLi KH2 subwoofer – adding to the existing three-model stereo speaker line-up – means Roth Audio’s successful entry-level range now meets the requirements of home cinema fans, as well as two-channel aficionados.
Recognising the key role played by the centre channel in home theatre systems – the centre monitor typically accounts for up to 70% of the sonic action and the majority of the vocals – the C2 is designed to seamlessly blend with its OLi range siblings. Furthermore, the presence of twin 13cm drivers mean this centre speaker is fully equipped to meet the challenge of delivering full-bodied, realistic sounding vocals.
The KH2 subwoofer is equally well armed for its role in your AV system. Packing a 20cm forward-firing active driver, backed-up by similarly-sized dual passive depth drivers, this impressive box houses a 125 watts amplifier and delves down to 35Hz. The sealed enclosure device enables tight frequency control, while the triple driver design helps create bass thunder.
